How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom furniture or oversized items, please allow 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I commit to a purchase?
Yes, we offer complimentary swatch kits for our upholstery and bedding collections so you can experience the texture and color in your own lighting.
How do I care for my Cocoon products?
Each product comes with a specific care label. Generally, we recommend cold machine washes for linens and professional cleaning for our hand-woven rugs and upholstered furniture.
Does Cocoon ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.
