At Cocoon, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If your new home essentials aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
